Privacy Policy for MOSS RED LLC

moss.red and Moss Red are trade names of MOSS RED LLC, which owns and develops Sandbox Zombies.

Regarding the Sandbox Zombies Application:
  • The Sandbox Zombies application does not access any personal or sensitive user data.
  • The Sandbox Zombies application only sends data over the internet for these purposes:
    • The Sandbox Zombies application distributed by Google Play will connect to Google Play for the purposes of purchase verification.
    • The Sandbox Zombies application distributed by the Apple App Store will connect to the App Store for the purposes of purchase verification.
    • The Sandbox Zombies application distributed by Steam will connect to Steam for the purposes of purchase verification.
Regarding the websites sandboxzombies.com and moss.red:
  • The hosting provider used for these sites, Namecheap, may keep log files which include IPs without additional identifying information.
  • These sites do not collect any personal data or use any cookies.
Regarding the mailing list:
  • The email you provide to subscribe the mailing list is kept by MOSS RED LLC.
  • MOSS RED LLC uses EmailOctopus for its mailing list, and they have access to the full list of emails addresses.
  • MOSS RED LLC may, without notice, switch to using a different provider for the mailing list, in which case the new provider would be given access to the email list as well.
  • You can unsubscribe by clicking the "unsubscribe" button in each email or emailing us@moss.red and requesting your address be removed.
  • MOSS RED LLC will not sell your email address, and will delete records of it upon request.
Regarding email sent to a @sandboxzombies.com and @moss.red account:
  • Information you provide via email, such as your email address and name, will be kept by MOSS RED LLC.
  • For email exchanges to be deleted, simply request it by emailing us@moss.red
  • Personally identifying information in these emails may be shared for business purposes.
    • For example, if you email us@moss.red with a business offer, your name may be shared with associates outside of MOSS RED LLC.
  • Non-personally identifying information in emails MOSS RED LLC receives may be shared for non-business purposes with associates or friends outside of MOSS RED LLC.
    • For example, if you email feedback@sandboxzombies with a funny story about an experience you had in Sandbox Zombies, that may be shared without including your email address or name.
  • Information, personal and otherwise, may be shared if MOSS RED LLC is compelled to share it by law.
  • MOSS RED LLC does not sell personal information.
